    Attempting unauthorized access to any system, network, or data, including activities like port scanning and denial-of-service attacks.

  • Resource Abuse:
    Utilizing excessive server resources that adversely affect other customers or the stability of our services.

  • Offensive Content:
    Hosting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Phishing and Fraud:
    Engaging in deceptive practices, including impersonation and fraudulent activities.


2. Resource Usage

To maintain optimal performance for all users, AirWebHost enforces the following resource usage policies:

  • CPU and Memory:
    Users must not exceed the allocated CPU and memory resources specified in their hosting plan.

  • Disk Space and Bandwidth:
    Usage must remain within the limits of the purchased hosting plan. Excessive consumption may lead to service restrictions.

  • Inodes:
    The number of files and directories should not exceed the limits set for your hosting plan.


3. Security Obligations

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must:

  • Password Protection:
    Use strong, unique passwords and change them regularly.

  • Software Updates:
    Keep all installed applications and scripts up to date to prevent security vulnerabilities.

  • Unauthorized Access:
    Prevent unauthorized access by securing credentials and promptly reporting any security breaches to AirWebHost.


4. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including data protection laws such as the UK GDPR.


5. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of this AUP should be reported to [email protected]. AirWebHost will investigate all reported incidents and may take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.


6. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning:
    Issuance of a formal warning to the user.

  • Account Suspension:
    Temporary suspension of the user's account.

  • Account Termination:
    Permanent termination of the user's account without refund.

  • Legal Action:
    Initiation of legal proceedings, if necessary.


7. Amendments

AirWebHost reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
